Changes and refunds

How and when will the changes take place?
Exchanges will take place when the item is damaged or if you ordered the wrong size.
Changes are only allowed within fifteen (15) days of receiving your products. Bikinis, swimsuits and underwear can only be changed if they are in their original state.
Changes are managed by us with our GLS shipping service.
The first change does not have any additional cost, but from the second the additional shipping will be charged.
The delivery time of the change is a maximum of 48-72 hours ( for national shipping )and four to six business days ( international shipping) after receiving the request for the change of product or size by email or phone call.
Exceptions* ; In case of return of the product, the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds are accepted as long as the product is in its original condition.
Refunds for Defective Products: If you have a defective item please be sure to attach the original invoice (printed discount on your online order), along with a description of the defect. Upon receipt, we will inspect the product and decide and agree with the customer whether to issue a refund or resend the product again.
Refunds do not refund the cost of shipping.
Refunds are not allowed on sale products (or products with additional discounts).
